All bookings must be made quoting a current creditcard number and expiry date
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to a 2pm check-in.
The exception to this is Public Holidays and Special Events, Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. 
In the event of cancellation not being received a charge equal to one nights
accommodation will be charged to your creditcard account.
 
For group bookings cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival,
And confirmation of guest numbers must be made 15 days prior to arrival. 

Same conditions as above apply.
